SHIPPING

• Free delivery on all UK orders!
• Unframed prints: usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.
• Framed prints: please allow 3–5 working days for framing before dispatch.
• You’ll receive an email with your tracking details and estimated delivery date once your order ships.
  

RETURNS

• 14-day return window on eligible items; customers cover return postage.

• Unframed prints are wrapped in paper and shipped either in a sturdy postal tube or reinforced flat pack.
• Framed prints are carefully packaged with protective corners and clearly marked as fragile so they arrive in mint condition.

• All inks used are water-based, free of chemicals, and have a lower impact on the environment than solvent-based inks.
• All prints are made to order to prevent waste.
