Refund policy

I pour my soul into my artwork so it's important to me that you love and enjoy your purchase. If for any reason you receive your items and wish to return or exchange them, I offer a 14-day return policy. 

I am happy to accept returns and exchanges when:

  • You have dispatched items back within 14 days of receiving your order. 
  • The items are returned in their original, resalable condition.
  • You can show proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at hello@drawbyname.com and I will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Please note, tattoo tokens, sale or discounted items, and custom work (such as commissions and bespoke designs) cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. I will work with you to make it right. 

Refunds

I will notify you once your return has been received and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
